Write a collecting thesis
Name what earns a place in the PC. It may be one player, a home team, a set run, a card design, a family connection, or simply cards that still make you stop and look.
Separate keepers from inventory
Use a dedicated PC status instead of mixing untouchable cards with active sale inventory. This reduces accidental listings and makes the collection easier to enjoy.
Add context
Record why the card matters, where it came from, a milestone it represents, or what would complete the run. Those notes become more valuable as the collection grows.
Share selectively
Use a view designed for sharing rather than screenshots of private inventory dashboards. Confirm that costs, private notes, account details, and storage locations are not exposed.
