Catalog before listing
Save the exact card identity, photos, condition, grading, cost, and storage location. This makes listing preparation faster and reduces mismatches between the physical card and marketplace data.
Use a listing status
Mark when the card is prepared, active, ended, sold, or returned. Keep marketplace identifiers connected to the original card record.
Reconcile the order
After a sale, record final price, fees, shipping, supplies, refunds, and net proceeds. Confirm the correct quantity and move only the sold record into history.
Audit regularly
Compare active marketplace listings with physical inventory. Review stale listings, missing images, price changes, and completed orders that have not reached sold history.
